Yesterday, I went for another lesson.

I learnt a hard combo, which I found it quite hard to execute. But, I managed to brush up on kicks, elbows, knees and punches. I feel that I am getting better with the basic techniques taught by my instructor, Stan.

As time goes by, I realised that Muay Thai requires a lot effort and commitment. Even so, I am determine to do my best to achieve this goal that I've set for myself.

Last week, I went for lesson.

During that lesson, I learnt how to throw elbows and knees. I realised something, I'm not that smooth with my left kick. I need to work harder to learn and master the basic of muay thai.
Two weeks ago, I skipped my Muay Thai lessons. It was due to the commitments that I had for my upcoming projects in school.

However, once I've completed my projects for final presentations, I will be back on track to toughten up myself.

Today, I went for my second lesson.

Even though it's just the second lesson, I could feel that the training is getting tougher. Before training commence, it is a must that we do some conditioning as it enables building up of our body to withstand damages from our opponent. Not only that, I've also learnt how to throw some proper kicks.

Just last week, I went for my first training lesson.

The place is called Fight Gen and it's located at Clarke Quay. The first lesson was quite a breeze because all that I learnt was stance. Also, I've also learnt the right way to throw punches at my opponent.

For my goal in life, I have decided on learning the basics of Muay Thai, which is originated in Thailand. It is referred to as the "Art of Eight Limbs" as it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes.

Why do I choose it as one of my goal in life? That is because it not only enables me to toughen up my body, but also to learn some self-defence.
